At Lorie's Life Care Services, I am committed to providing compassionate and personalized care for your loved ones. Understanding the need for clarity and simplicity during these times, my pricing structure is straightforward and transparent.

Service Rate:

• $45 per Hour for All Services.
• Each service may have a different time associated with completing it. 

This rate includes comprehensive care covering personal care and hygiene, ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect for your loved ones. My services are tailored to meet individual needs, offering everything from assistance with daily hygiene routines to emotional support and companionship.

What’s Included:

• Free, no-commitment 60 minute meet & greet. 
• Senior's puzzle book geared towards cognition and mental engagement.
• Personalized Care Plans: Tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
• Daily reports are provided to the family.
• A family questionnaire where I can learn all I need to know about your loved one and their preferences to ensure best quality of care.
• Flexible Scheduling: To accommodate the varying needs of families and their loved ones.
• Compassionate, One-on-One Support: As the sole caregiver, I ensure a personal and empathetic approach to care.

Payment Details:

• Payment is due bi-weekly, and I currently accept cash, e-transfer, and cheques. 
• Invoices will be provided detailing the hours of service and total amount due.

Service Policies

- Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the full service fee.

- Termination of Services
If an ongoing schedule has been established with your loved one, a minimum of one month's notice is greatly appreciated should you decide to discontinue services. This allows for a smooth transition and proper planning.

- Minimum Booking Requirement
A minimum booking of 2 to 3 hours per visit is required, depending on travel distance and location.
